Apply to run your brand

Five questions. It creates no account — just a lead a person reads.

Here as a player, not an applicant? What the platform holds every brand to

The entity that would hold the brand. It becomes your brand’s name until you change it.

The owner account, if you’re approved.

Where we reply — and your sign-in.

Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. This becomes your subdomain and your brand’s permanent id — we can’t approve an application without one.

The part a reviewer actually reads: where you’d operate, how you’d bring players, and anything you’ve run before. A few sentences is plenty.

Submitting sends us a lead only — it creates no account and no obligation. If approved, the full terms are presented before anything goes live.

What the platform holds every brand to

Every brand on Sweep 777 is somebody’s business, but it runs on somebody else’s rails. It cannot open until Sweep 777 staff approve it, and once open it works inside a ledger, a permission system and a payout path it does not own. Here is what that means in practice — and, at the end, what it does not.

Your balance is not a number your brand keeps

It is worked out from the platform’s ledger. Every movement is a double-entry posting through a single chokepoint that refuses anything that does not balance, and the database checks the balance again when the transaction commits. No figure is stored anywhere for someone to edit — the running total you see is rebuilt from the postings.

A brand can move your balance. It cannot do it quietly

Straight about this: a brand’s owner can credit or debit their own players’ Gold Coins. What the platform removes is every way of hiding it. Each adjustment is a real ledger transaction plus an audit entry naming the individual, the amount, and your balance before and after. Those rows cannot be updated or deleted — the database refuses, by trigger, not by a rule in the app — and each audit entry is hash-linked to the one before it, so an alteration or a deletion breaks the chain and is reported instead of passing unnoticed.

It cannot go below zero, and no single move is unbounded

A debit is refused outright if it would take you negative or reach value that is already held — a cash-out in flight, or a compliance freeze. That refusal sits in the ledger’s own row lock, not in a screen that could be skipped. The size of any one adjustment is capped by a ceiling that lives in the platform’s code rather than in the brand’s settings, applied to the size of the change whether it is a credit or a debit. Only a brand’s owner holds the permission at all; every other role is refused for want of a ceiling.

You see all of it, and it can be undone

Your history lists every posting against your accounts with no filter over it, so an adjustment made by brand staff appears like anything else — labelled “Staff adjustment”, with its direction, amount, reason and time. Anything posted can be reversed, and a reversal is a mirror the ledger derives from the original transaction itself; nobody retypes the figures, and nothing is edited away. You are shown the correction, not a changed past.

Nobody opens a brand by signing up

The form on this page creates a lead and nothing else — no brand exists at that point. Sweep 777 staff have to approve it, with a recorded reason, and creating the brand is a separate act only platform staff can perform. If one has to be stopped afterwards, the platform can suspend it — the site stops resolving and new loads stop that moment — or end it permanently. Ledger records are kept append-only either way, and value that was resident returns on reinstatement.

No brand can reach past its own players

One brand cannot see or act on another’s players: the database enforces the separation on the money tables, the permission is scoped to the brand, and the brand’s identity is taken from the session rather than from the page. There is also a list of things no brand role can hold at all — changing a KYC decision, changing a jurisdiction rule, touching an audit record, touching a game’s outcome. That list is derived from the permission registry by filtering on who is allowed, not kept by hand, so it cannot quietly erode.

A cash-app transfer is confirmed by Sweep 777 staff, not by the brand

On the manual rails a brand cannot credit your transfer itself: the confirmation is typed as a platform-staff act and the route refuses anyone else. Nothing auto-credits. An underpayment, an amount over the cap, a sender who does not match, or a cashier with a link to your account all park for a human rather than posting, one recorded receipt can only ever be spent once, and above a threshold a second person has to sign off.

Cash-outs leave on rails the brand does not own

The payment processor’s keys are held by the platform, so a brand cannot point payouts at a processor of its own; with no credential the payout is refused rather than improvised. While a cash-out is in flight your coins are held rather than spent, and a rejected or failed payout returns them in full before any money has moved. Above a threshold no one person can release one alone. A brand may demand more identity than the platform does before paying you and never less — the market’s floor, the platform’s floor and anything the brand adds are combined by taking the highest, and neither vocabulary has a word for off. Whatever automatic-release ceiling it sets is clamped to a platform maximum when it is saved and again when it is used.

Your safety settings belong to you

Self-exclusion can be set by you or by platform compliance and by nobody else — no brand role holds the permission, and the check refuses on that basis before it looks at who has been granted what. Setting it ends every live session and stops the marketing. Lifting one needs platform compliance, a second approver, and the period you chose to have run out. Your deposit cap and cooling-off are yours the same way: a tightening applies at once, a loosening waits 24 hours. And when brand staff sign in as you to help, the session is marked and anything tagged financial, credential or responsible-play is refused before anything else is checked — they cannot spend your money, change your login details, or touch these settings.

What we do not claim

  • Approved is not background-checked. Sweep 777 staff review what an applicant tells us, record a reason, and cannot approve an application they reviewed themselves. Nothing here checks a company registry or runs a background check on an operator.
  • A brand’s own staff can add or remove Gold Coins. Everything above bounds it and records it. None of it prevents it. The cap is per adjustment — nothing adds them up across a day.
  • A brand can release a cash-out itself. Below the threshold, on its own; above it a second person signs off — and for a brand holding that permission, that second person is a second member of the same brand’s staff, not Sweep 777. Every release stays on the platform’s queue with the name of whoever released it.
  • Sweep 777 does not hold your money. On the cash-app and P2P rails your transfer lands in the brand’s own receiving account. What the platform owns is the record of it and the staff confirmation that has to happen before it becomes coins.
  • Self-exclusion covers the brand you set it on. It is recorded against that brand, not across every brand on Sweep 777.
  • Deposit caps and cooling-off stop something. Play-time and session limits do not. Those two are recorded but not enforced: play happens inside partner titles the platform cannot meter, so we will not list them as protections.
